Terms & Conditions

This agreement applies between Matbaa Atölyesi Kayseri, operating at Gevhernesibe Mah. Tekin Sok. No: 7 Melikgazi Kayseri, and individuals or organizations receiving printing and digital printing services from the workshop. The scope of service covers printing jobs agreed upon in writing or verbally.

Price quotes submitted to the customer are valid for seven calendar days unless stated otherwise. The order is deemed finalized upon acceptance of the quote and approval of the print proof via digital or physical signature.

The printing process is carried out based on the design file approved by the customer. Our workshop cannot be held liable for typographical errors, low-resolution images, or incorrect phone numbers once they have received customer approval. Customers make their selection by inspecting sample papers prepared in our workshop.

The agreed job fee is collected upon pickup at our workshop or delivery to the specified address. Payments are accepted exclusively in cash upon delivery or by bank transfer. We do not offer card payment or POS terminal options. An invoice is issued for every transaction.

Because paper mounted on printing presses or cut to custom dimensions cannot be repurposed after print approval, raw material costs incurred will be charged for cancellations made after this stage. Jobs still in prepress preparation may be postponed at the customer's request.

Slight tonal variations may occur within the technical tolerances of our printing machinery. If manufacturing defects, tears, or missing signatures are found in the material, the customer must report the issue within 5 business days of delivery. If the defective portion is inspected by our workshop and verified, it will be reprinted free of charge.

Disputes arising from this service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the Courts and Execution Offices of Kayseri shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
