how to prepare files for print
You need to submit your design in PDF format using CMYK color mode, with at least a three-millimeter bleed margin on all sides. A resolution of at least 300 dpi ensures sharp text and logos. If any errors are found during file review, revisions are requested prior to printing.
which paper is used for corporate business cards
For business card printing, 350 gsm matte coated paper or Bristol board is generally preferred. Matte or glossy lamination can be applied upon request to prevent cracking and wear. You can examine paper samples in person at our Melikgazi workshop.
can I pay with cash on delivery
Yes, you can pay the courier in cash upon receiving your printed materials. Alternatively, you can send a bank transfer to our company accounts before your job goes to print. We do not offer credit card or installment payment options.
what is the cut-off time for same-day printing
For urgent digital print requests, the approval deadline to begin work on the same day is set at 13:00. Jobs approved after 13:00 are scheduled for the next business day's morning run. The turnaround time for offset print runs is planned according to folding and drying requirements.
how are returns handled if there is a printing error
For manufacturing defects such as cutting, binding, or noticeable color shifts, you can request a return within 30 days in the condition you received the items. Products must be unused and kept in their original packaging. Return shipping costs for defective work are covered by us.
